【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtoprovideonlyacomparativeprocedureforevaluatingunknownfilmsagainstastandardorcontrolfilmwhoseperformancehasbeendefinedasadequateinactualfieldconditions.Thistestmethodleavesopentothediscretionoftheuserseveralkeyfactors,includingfilmwrapmethod,abrasionsurfaces,anddefinitionoffailure,sothatitcanbetailoredtoanindividualuserrsquo;distributionparameters.Thistestmethodismeanttosimulate,inanacceleratedmode,theabrasionthatanouterwrappingoffilmmightencounterinatypicalshippinganddistributionenvironment.Thisisatestprocedurethatallowstheusertomakerelativecomparisonsoftheabrasionresistanceofafilm,suchasthatthefilmiscontainingapalletizedloadwhilethatloadisundergoingvibration.1.1Thistestmethodcomparestheabrasionresistanceofsimilartypesofstretchwrapfilms.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
