【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiestheconstructionalandperformancecharacteristics,safetyspecifications,relevanttestmethodsandmarkingofbarbecuesburningliquefiedpetroleumgas,referredtointhebodyofthetextas'appliances'.Thisstandardcoversbarbecuesasdefinedin3.6,usedoutdoorsandoperatingwiththegasesindicatedin4.1accordingtothecategoriesindicatedin4.2.Theyarefittedwithatleastonecookingdevice.Thisstandardappliestotheseappliancesandtheirfunctionalsectionswhetherornotthelatterareindependentorincorporatedintoanassembly.Thisstandardalsoappliestoappliancesdesignedtobebuiltin.Thisstandardonlyappliestotypetesting.Appliancessuppliedwiththirdfamilygasatpressuresgreaterthanthosedefinedin4.2areoutsidethefieldofapplicationofthisstandard.Duringtheconsiderationofthistext,itwasapparentthattheconceptofthermalefficiencywithregardtoappliancessuchasbarbecueswasnotappropriate.Thisisbecause:-duringcooking,thereisanadditionaltransferofheatduetothemeatjuicesfallingontotherefractories;-thereisnorelationbetweentheitemtobecookedandtheusefularea;-thebarbecueisanoutdoorapplianceinwhichtheactionofthewindisimportantinrelationtoefficiency.Inconsequencethereisnospecificrequirementcoveringthermalefficiencyforthistypeofappliance.
