【摘要】:ThispartofISO22827coversacceptancetestingofequipmentfor2Dmanipulationandalso,tosomeextent,movementsalongtheZ-axis.NOTEWeldingrobotsandsimilar3Dequipmentformanipulationarecoveredbyotherstandards.notablyISO9283.ThispartofISO22827specifiestwomethodsforthetestingoftheaccuracyofthemovingmechanism.Thefirstmethod(type1test)providesatestmethodcapableofclassificationofthemovingmechanismrigorouslyaccordingtotherequiredaccuracy.Thesecondmethod(type2test)providesasimplermethodfortestingthemovingmechanismbymarking.Theselectionofthetestmethodisoptional.However,forlarge-sizelaserbeamweldingmachines,suchasalaserbeamweldingmachineusing2DmovingopticsoranX-Ytable,thetype2testisapplicable.ThispartofISO22827isnotapplicableforweldingcellswithmanualpositioningoftheweldingheadand/orthecomponent,andforfixed-positionweldingwithoutthemovingmechanism.Therequirementscanalsobeappliedasapartofverificationtestingaspartofmaintenance,asappropriate.Ifmodificationsaremadetoalaserbeammachine(rebuilding,repairs,modificationstotheoperatingconditions,etc.)thathaveaneffectontheacceptancetesting,arepeattestmaybenecessarytocoverthemachineparametersaffectedbysuchmodifications.NOTEThebeamgeneratingsystem,theopticaldeliverysystemandthedevicesforshieldingandassistgassesarecoveredinISO22827-1.ThispartofISO22827canbeappliedtoapartoftheacceptanceconditionsforthedeliveryofthelaserbeamweldingmachine.
