【摘要】:ThispartofISO15500specifiestestsandrequirementsforthegasinjector,acompressednaturalgasfuelsystemcomponentintendedforuseonthetypesofmotorvehiclesdefinedinISO3833.ThispartofISO15500isapplicabletovehiclesusingnaturalgasinaccordancewithISO15403(mono-fuel,bi-fuelordual-fuelapplications).Itisnotapplicabletoinjectorsintendedforhigh-pressureinjectiontothecombustionchamber,ortothefollowing:a)liquefiednaturalgas(LNG)fuelsystemcomponentslocatedupstreamof,andincluding,thevaporizer;b)fuelcontainers;c)stationarygasengines;d)containermountinghardware;e)electronicfuelmanagement;f)refuellingreceptacles.NOTE1ItisrecognizedthatmiscellaneouscomponentsnotspecificallycoveredhereincanbeexaminedtomeetthecriteriaofthispartofISO15500andtestedaccordingtotheappropriatefunctionaltests.NOTE2AllreferencestopressureinthispartofISO15500aretobeconsideredgaugepressuresunlessotherwisespecified.NOTE3ThispartofISO15500isbaseduponaservicepressurefornaturalgasasfuelof20MPa[200bar]settledat15℃.Otherservicepressurescanbeaccommodatedbyadjustingthepressurebytheappropriatefactor(ratio).Forexample,a25MPa[250bar]servicepressuresystemwillrequirepressurestobemultipliedby1,25.NOTE41bar=0,1MPa=10Pa;1MPa=1N/mm.
