【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsofaxlesforuseonEuropeannetworks.Itdefinescharacteristicsofforgedorrolledsolidandhollowaxles,madefromvacuum-degassedsteelgradeEA1NthatisthemostcommonlyusedgradeonEuropeannetworks.Forhollowaxles,thisstandardappliesonlytothosethataremanufacturedbymachiningofaholeinaforgedorrolledsolidaxleInaddition,theparticularcharacteristicsforaxlesingradeEA1TandEA4TaregiveninannexA(normative).Twocategoriesofaxlearedefined,category1andcategory2.Generally,category1ischosenwhentheoperationalspeedishigherthan200km/h.ThisstandardisapplicabletoaxlesthataredesignedinaccordancewiththerequirementsofEN13103andEN13104NOTEDifferentvaluesforsomecharacteristicsmaybeagreedifaparticularprocessoffabrication(e.gcoldrolling,shotpeening)hasaninfluenceonthem.note:1)NforthenormalizedmetallurgicalconditionTforthequenchedandtemperedmetallurgicalcondition
