本标准规定了谷物及其制品(蛋糕、饼干、面包等)中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON、呕吐毒素)的薄层色谱测定方法及免疫测定方法(EIISA)。本标准适用于谷物(小米、玉米、大麦等)及其制品(蛋糕、饼干、面包等)中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON、呕吐毒素)的测定。本标准第一法检出限0.1mg/kg，第二法检出限为0.1ng/kg。
