【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000givesafunctionalanddesignspecificationforflickermeasuringapparatusintendedtoindicatethecorrectflickerperceptionlevelforallpracticalvoltagefluctuationwaveforms.Informationispresentedtoenablesuchaninstrumenttobeconstructed.Amethodisgivenfortheevaluationofflickerseverityonthebasisoftheoutputofflickermeterscomplyingwiththisstandard.TheflickermeterspecificationsinthispartofIEC61000relateonlytomeasurementsof120Vand230V,50Hzand60Hzinputs.CharacteristicsofsomeincandescentlampsforothervoltagesaresufficientlysimilartothevaluesinTable1andTable2,thattheuseofacorrectionfactorcanbeappliedforthoseothervoltages.SomeofthesecorrectionfactorsareprovidedintheAnnexB.Detailedspecificationsforvoltagesandfrequenciesotherthanthosegivenabove,remainunderconsideration.TheobjectofthispartofIEC61000istoprovidebasicinformationforthedesignandtheinstrumentationofananalogueordigitalflickermeasuringapparatus.Itdoesnotgivetolerancelimitvaluesofflickerseverity.
