【摘要】:1.1FieldsofapplicationThispartofISO/IEC29110isapplicabletoVerySmallEntities(VSEs).VSEsareenterprises,organizations,departmentsorprojectsofupto25people.ThelifecycleprocessesdescribedinISO/IEC29110arenotintendedtoprecludeordiscouragetheirusebyorganizationsbiggerthanVSEs.ThispartofISO/IEC29110providesthemanagementandengineeringguidetotheBasicVSEProfilespecifiedinISO/IEC29110-4-1throughprojectmanagementandsoftwareimplementationprocesses.ThispartofISO/IEC29110isastandaloneguide;itisnotintendedforaVSEtousethestandardizedprofiletoimplementthispartofISO/IEC29110.ThispartofISO/IEC29110appliesforsoftwaredevelopmentprojects,whichcanbetofulfilanexternalorinternalcontract.TheinternalcontractneednotbeexplicitbetweentheprojectteamandtheirCustomer.UsingthispartofISO/IEC29110,aVSEcanobtainthefollowingbenefits.?AnagreedsetofprojectrequirementsandexpectedproductsisdeliveredtotheCustomer.?Adisciplinedmanagementprocessthatprovidesprojectvisibilityandcorrectiveactionsofprojectproblemsanddeviationsisperformed.?AsystematicsoftwareimplementationprocessthatsatisfiesCustomerneedsandensuresqualityproductsisfollowed.1.2TargetaudienceThispartofISO/IEC29110istargetedatVSEs.Itisintendedtobeusedwithanyprocesses,techniquesandmethodsthatenhancetheVSE'sCustomersatisfactionandproductivity.
