【摘要】:ThispartofISO15706establishesavoluntarysystemfortheidentificationofversionsofaudiovisualworksandothercontentderivedfromorcloselyrelatedtoanaudiovisualwork(seeAnnexA).ItisbasedontheInternationalStandardAudiovisualNumber(ISAN)systemdefinedinISO15706.AnISANcombinedwiththeversionsegmentspecifiedinClause4ofthispartofISO15706constitutesanISANversionidentifier,hereinafterreferredtoasaV-ISAN.AV-ISANisaregistered,globallyuniqueidentifierforversionsofanaudiovisualworkandrelatedcontent.AV-ISANidentifiesaspecificversionorothercontentrelatedtoanaudiovisualworkthroughoutitslife.Itisintendedforusewhereverpreciseanduniqueidentificationofaspecificversionorothercontentrelatedtoanaudiovisualworkwouldbedesirable,suchasinaudiovisualproductionanddistributionsystems,broadcastingapplicationsandelectronicprogramguides.AV-ISANidentifiesaspecificversionorothercontentrelatedtoanaudiovisualworkastheuniquecompoundofitscomponentelements(e.g.itsartisticcontent,languages,editingandtechnicalformat)throughoutitslifeandindependentofanyphysicalforminwhichthatversionorrelatedcontentisdistributed.TheassignmentofaV-ISANtoaversionorothercontentrelatedtoanaudiovisualworkdoesnotconstituteevidenceoftheownershipofrightstoeitherthatversionorrelatedcontentortotheaudiovisualworkitself.ThispartofISO15706specifiesthebasicsystemsandprocedurestosupporttheissuanceandadministrationofV-ISANs.

适用范围
本标准修改采用ISO 11600:2002《建筑结构———接缝产品———密封胶分级和要求》（英文版）。
本标准对建筑用密封胶根据其性能及应用进行分类和分级，并给出了不同级别的要求和相应试验方法。
考虑到我国的国情，在采用ISO 11600：2002时，本标准作了下列技术性修改：
——将ISO 11600：2002引用的国际标准改为相对应的我国国家标准；
——增加了附录A，对高位移能力弹性密封胶的分级和要求作了规定。为便于使用，本标准还对ISO 11600：2002做了下列编辑性修改：
——对标准的名称作了修改；
——将“本国际标准”一词改为“本标准”；
——删除了ISO 11600：2002的前言；
——将ISO 11600：2002中模量的单位“N/mm2”修改为“MPa”。
